Service rating : I bought what I assumed was a pair of earrings but only received 1!
I contacted the company as was advised I only ordered 1 and I would have to order another and pay for delivery.
They do not accept returns so I have wasted my money and had to go buy another pair.
Product : Not impressed and will never use them again

I am sorry for any disappointment caused by your recent order. As I had previously explained to you, the particular earring you ordered is sold as one stud individually for people who want to accessorize differently, there's an option to add a second initial if you want to make it a complete set, but we do clearly advertise that this particular earring is only sold as one, including in the description on the storepage.

"Please note: price is for one earring, choose up to three initial studs for an additional cost."

We've taken care not to describe it as a plural item (i.e. earrings) to communicate as clearly as we can that the earring is an individual item. I'm sorry for any disappointment this has caused you, please do bear in mind though we have done the utmost to advertise the earring clearly and properly to prevent any misunderstanding.
