** How to upload image **

The process is simple, either scan your message or use a camera / smartphone to create a jpg image.

Place your order filling in the options for notebook colour, we will then contact you immediately by email to upload your image.

Please contact us via ‘Ask the seller a question’ if you would like help with your personalisation requirements, we are happy to advise you.

Personalisation is carried out in our workshop and usually dispatched the same day.

Your gift will arrive packaged in a cellophane envelope or you can add a ribbon tied gift box for a small extra charge

We can add a gift card for your special message.

Our free standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.

We personalise our pieces to create bespoke items especially for you, we are always happy to try and help if something is unsuitable but we regret we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items.
