I have not received my order yet, it has been 2 weeks now and still no delivery. Despite several emails and being told a new item will be sent out … still not here!! The Royal Mail tracker says that the item hasn’t even been received yet. On the email I received they blamed the Royal Mail. So who knows where my item is. Not happy and will not be using this website again.

I am sorry to see the item was delayed. Unfortunately we did have an issue with Royal Mail as they misplaced a sack of our parcels.

I can assure you we are not trying to shift the blame to Royal Mail, simply just trying to explain the situation.

We can since see by tracking your order the replacement has arrived with you, and so we would hope you would perhaps reconsider the rating you have given.
