Service rating : DO NOT BUY!
The worst company ever. I thought it would be good to buy from a small business and help support but not worth it! They got my order wrong and misspelt the personalisation which ruined a special gift for that weekend, on top of that they refused a partial refund for THEIR mistake and then said they will send me a replacement the next day which never arrived and still hasn’t 5 days later. The worst customer service and delivery service! Not worth buying anything from them! I rather pay double and go to a more reliable and known company!

We did try to rectify the issue with your order by dispatching a replacement to you, unfortunately we cannot refund an order and replace it as well. We dispatched your replacement order with Royal Mail, who unfortunately have had some delays since the most recent bank holidays hence the reason for your order not arriving. This bracelet will make a treasured gift, the hearts can be engraved back and front with names, dates, messages or anything you wish a loved one to carry with them.

The cost of the bracelet includes ONE personalised heart but there is the option to add up to six. If you need any additional charms these are sold separately.

The bracelet can be worn by any size as the trigger clasp closes around any link.

Please contact us via ‘Ask the seller a question’ if you would like help with your engraving requirements, we are happy to advise you.

We engrave our pieces to create bespoke items especially for you, we are always happy to try and help if something is unsuitable but we regret we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items.

Please keep your sterling silver jewellery clean by periodically cleaning with a silver polishing cloth

FREE PERSONALISATION – Personalisation is carried out in our workshop by our master engravers and usually dispatched the same day.

FREE GIFT BOX – All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a free Hurleyburley gift box tied with a silk ribbon and we can add a gift card for your special message.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY – Our standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.
