Service rating : Order arrived on time with the correct order note - I selected the UK express delivery.
Product : Great present for men for valentines or birthdays, looks good on - 19.5 seems to be the most popular size people order if you’re unsure, but best to measure wrist size.

Fantastic service! Ordered and dispatched same day received by courier next day.
The bracelet is very good quality and value. I paid extra for a presentation box which is really nice but a pouch would probably have been better for a teenager.
Purchased for my grandson's 16th birthday can't wait to see his reaction I think he will be bowled over!

Service rating : Great service, lovely website, prompt delivery. Really nice, quality product. Engraving was quite small and difficult to see (or my eyesight is getting old and deteriorating!) and the packaging wasn't great as the bracelet didn't fit into the foam insert and therefore it sat proud and pushed the lid up which was only held closed by the ribbon. Still nice and I'm being picky here really. Would happily use them again and recommend.
Product : Beautiful, well made item. Looks really nice and the same as the photo - just what I was expecting. Good quality bracelet - was concerned about the fit for my son as buying for someone else tricky to gauge the size, but it was fine fortunately.

We are so happy you were happy with the item overall. In terms of the engraving, due to the size of the clasp we do have to engrave in quite a small font, we also have to engrave lightly into the product to avoid damaging the clasp itself. I hope this explains slightly more!

In terms of the packaging, we are aware some of our bracelets do not fit perfectly in our boxes. We as a small business, have had to pick one main packaging type that fits the majority of our items, but we do understand why this may not have been presented as you had hoped and we do apologise for this. We will keep this in mind when choosing packaging in the future.

Stylish and robust, this bracelet is made from treated, hard-wearing plaited leather and finished with a strong magnetic stainless steel clasp.

The infinity bead is a symbol of eternal love and adds a lovely touch to this bracelet.

Personalise the clasp of this stylish bracelet to create a present that shows you really care.

This would make a perfect present for birthdays, valentines day and other special celebrations and will be treasured forever.

Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size as we are unable to exchange or refund personalised items

We would say that the 19.5cm is suitable for slim men and teenagers and the 21cm is for slightly bigger men. The XL size 23cm is available in black and brown. Please note this is a guideline and we engrave our pieces to create bespoke items especially for you. We are always happy to try and help if something is unsuitable but we regret we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items.

Our bracelets are very sturdy but do not like being exposed to water, so please don’t wear them in the shower to ensure a long and healthy life!

FREE PERSONALISATION – Personalisation is carried out in our workshop by our master engravers and usually dispatched the same day.

FREE GIFT POUCH – All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a free Hurleyburley gift pouch or you can purchase a gift box tied with a silk ribbon and we can add a gift card for your special message.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY – Our standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.
