Service rating : The only thing worse than their customer service is their fulfillment advertising product they did not have in stock and then substituting or further delaying the order.. i will mot order from them again, hope nobody else orders from them and will tell as many people as I can how badly my order was handled.

We had an unexpected one-off shortage of part of your order just due to a very high volume of orders, which we contacted you about very promptly. We explained the situation as clearly and helpfully as we could and worked with you to arrange a substitute that you found agreeable. After that we dispatched your order on the same day we had originally planned to, so there was in fact no delay to your order and it was delivered to you in good condition.
