Service rating : Wrong item sent. Took 3 days of emails and me having to send photos to prove it before being told to go onto the website and print a returns label. Although return postage was free, I had to pay for the collection fee as I can't get to a post office.

I am sorry to hear the incorrect item was sent to you. Unfortunately as we receive hundreds of orders a day, these errors can occur from time to time. We do sincerely apologise for this and we of course understand the disappointment and frustration it can cause.

We also do not have a team working over the weekend and so this will be why there was a delay in us getting back to you as we generally have a very quick customer service team who always reply same day between the hours of 9 and 5.
