My order was cancelled because the product was out of stock., two days later, I have purchased the same product. The website was still not updated, and I was informed that the order gonna is going to be cancelled.

Due to a high level of orders we very unexpectedly were out of stock of your original order, and were able to replenish it quickly for you to place another order. I appreciate the frustration this has caused, on occasion given the fast turnaround of an online business this sort of thing can happen but please rest assured we are taking steps to prevent this sort of thing in future.

Service rating : Ordered items and received a message to say they had been dispatched together with a tracking number. I couldn't track the order and sent a message to rhat effect. Was told there had been a dispatch issue and the items I ordered were now out of stock. Bit strange as the items I were personalised.

When we print out an order for preparation our system automatically sends a dispatch notification with a tracking number even before it has left the premises, I hope that makes sense.
