Service rating : The people at HurleyBurley are very friendly and gave me regular updates when asked. Even send another item because the first one did not have a correct adress. However, on their site, it is stated that International packages will arrive within 10 days. I ordered from this site for a birthday and it arrived a month late. Also I had to pay 30 euro tax for a package from around this value so it turned out a lot more expensive than expected. My friend is very happy with her present.

In short: a lot of import taxes, a month delay but a very good product. In the UK, i would order more often but do avond it outside the UK.

With regards to the tax you were asked to pay by customs we do advertise on our main website under Deliveries and Returns that when ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
