There are strict rules to follow in most aspects of life… but this year we are removing most rules from the jewellery world. We want you stacking up the rings, the bracelets and the pendants, we even want you to go as far as mixing your metals! Once upon a time that was unheard of and anyone with any fashion sense wouldn’t dare mix and match, but times have changed and we are certainly backing the ‘more is more’ approach!
When choosing how to stack your rings, it isn’t always necessary to have the same style of ring stacked up against one another, it always makes it more interesting to mix and match with different styles, shapes and even colours. Currently we offer three different styles of stacking rings which you can purchase either individually or as a set of three (Silver, Yellow Gold and Rose Gold) but of course you are most welcome to be creative and see which rings work best together.
From our experience, when selecting your perfect stack of wrist wear, try to combine textures, keep it busy but at the same time you want it to be tidy. You don’t want to be untangling chains and clasps every time you have to take your coat off. We have a beautiful selection of styles to choose from. If you are daring to mix your metals we also have a growing number of bracelets that already have a mixture of either Rose Gold and Silver or Yellow gold and silver, which makes it easier to then build up the layers with either colour.

Our jewellery stacking style icon is most definitely Miss Adwoa Aboah, whether she’s shooting for a big beautiful brand or out doing her own thing, she’s always stacking and showing us exactly how it’s done. A fistful of rings, Piles of bracelets and as many earrings as her ears can carry.
One of our beautiful bloggers (instagram: @thatnewdress ) did a gorgeous post showing us exactly how to wear a couple of our Rose Gold star Pendants
together to give a chic starry layered look!
“I’m wearing two rose gold necklaces from Hurley Burley which I’ve layered. In my book, when it comes to something this beautiful, the more the better!
Both pieces are stunning but there is one which makes my heart flutter that little bit more. The pendent with the bigger star which hangs slightly
longer has a single diamond inlayed into it. Yes, that’s right, a real diamond!”
Metal chains, Cuffs, Woven fabric bracelets, Beads and Leather bands working together to give an edgy layered mens stacking look. Not every style is going to be every mans cuppa tea, but that’s the beauty of having so many styles to pick from now that mens jewellery is part of every day fashion trends. We love seeing the wrapped leather next to something with more detail to keep it contrasted and let them stand out against each other. Having rings with slightly different shaped faces, gives less of a knuckle duster effect (although the knuckle duster has had it’s moment on recent runway shows).. but if this isn’t your style, switching it up with a mixture oval, circular and more squared rings gives different heights and depths to your hand of bling.
Originally the Signet ring would of been engraved with your families crest and used to stamp or sign a document. These day’s although some are lucky enough to inherit a family heirloom, they have become more of a fashion statement. With this Fashion trend we think more the merrier, if Vogue says it’s allowed then bring on the Mr T look.
